This
Architectural rendering represents the plan, model and landscape
of our finest spec home to date. The project has already received
praise and interest from professionals both locally and beyond. The
site encompasses views from Mt. Tamalpais in the West, San
Francisco Bay to the South and East, and permanent Open Space
to the north. To
take advantage of this 360 degree vista and retain the complete
privacy afforded by the 12 acre site, careful attention was
given to realizing the full potential of the glorious views.
At the same time, we wanted to create a spacious interior,
filled with natural light and ventilation, and make the outdoor
lawns and terraces an extension of the interior, creating continuous,
level indoor/outdoor living spaces. The
orientation of the terraces take into consideration the early
morning sun, wonderful evening sunsets, and privacy from neighbors,
as well as seamlessly connecting interior living areas - kitchen,
family room, living room and dining room - to the outdoors.
Simultaneously, the Villa Margarita Estate will focus around
an interior courtyard with a waterfall and gardens that will
create an environment of pure serenity. In
every area of the Villa Margarita Estate there will be details
specifically designed and custom-made by local artists to create
